We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Il soggiorno è lo spazio ideale per rilassarsi: un comodo divano, una smart TV da 50" (accesso a Netflix) e un tavolo perfetto per pranzare o lavorare al PC. Il corridoio porta alla spaziosa camera da letto (con smart TV 40") ed al bagno (dotato di phon e lavasciuga). Centralissimo!

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!
