Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

Nuomojamas naujai įrengtas, šviesus bei stilingas 54,6 m² butas. Bute yra visi būtinieji daiktai, t. y. puodai, keptuvė, indai, rankšluosčiai, patalynė, kava, arbata, plaukų džiovintuvas. Miegamąjame dvivietė 160 m lova ir kiti baldai. Laisvalaikio kambaryje labai didelis minkštas kampas, miegamos dalies plotis- 170 m. Pro langus matomas parkelis, daug žalumos. Bute yra du balkonai. Šalia, vos už 100 m prekybos centras Maxima, vaikų žaidimo aikštelės, stotelė, elektromobilių įkrovimo stotelės.

House of Poetry – Log House by the Lake

A quiet log house by the lake surrounded by forest in Sartai Regional Park. The house is full of books, photo albums and vintage music records. Outside there is a boat, large terrace overlooking the lake, with a sofa and dining table. The kitchen and one bedroom are on the ground floor, and the second bedroom is upstairs. A traditional wood-fired sauna can be rented if you’d like to enjoy a proper Lithuanian sauna during your stay. Perfect for peaceful family time or a romantic stay for two.

Cozy city center apartment

This cozy one-bedroom flat on the first floor is located in the city center and is perfect for 2-4 people. You can feel the countryside atmosphere here, surrounded by a park, with a forest and lake just across the road. The flat features a sunny balcony and is conveniently located near the main city square, shopping center, and grocery stores. It is an ideal place for both business trips and holidays. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washing machine.

Garden house nice and cosy

The two-bedroom apartment is in a private house with a fireplace. In heating season we stoke the fireplace before guests arrive, but all the following days must be heated by yourself. We provide all necessary for the kindling fireplace in the next staying days. The fireplace kindles easily and keeps heat for a long time. This will not affect your comfort but will make cozy and romantic your stay. I will send you all the necessary instructions on how to stoke the fireplace.
