Das denkmalgeschützte Haus wurde 2020/21 aufwendig und mit viel Liebe renoviert. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus hat dabei von seinem Charme und seiner Ursprünglichkeit nichts verloren. Zeuge seines hohen Alters sind die Original-Parkett- und Dielenböden in den Wohn- und Schlafzimmern und Terrazzo-Böden in der Küche. Das Haus ist sehr sorgsam mit wunderschönen Weichholz-Antiquitäten ausgestattet. Bei Sonnenschein findet das Leben draußen auf der Terrasse im eingewachsenen Garten statt.

Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung.

Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
