Zevvl | Tiny House by the River 20 min from Prague

Unique design tiny house on wheels in the river canyon. We have designed it to create enough space for the moments together, romance for two, and relaxation by the river. The smell of wood, or a fireplace stove strive for contentment and the involvement of all the senses. French windows allow you to watch directly from the bed the river flow while sipping your favorite drink. Nearby is a bike path, nature reserve, walks with views of the Vltava canyon, or the oldest church in the Czech lands.

Statek uprostřed divoké zahrady

Naše chalupa se nachází na okraji vesnice Ostrý, která je obklopena rozlehlými pastvinami a lesy přírodního parku Jistebnická vrchovina. Dříve zde byl statek, z kterého dnes zbyly jen maštale a v nich hnízdící vlaštovky. Kolem chalupy je velká přírodní zahrada, kterou z části používáme jako užitkovou a z části jako okrasnou. Z jedné strany je zahrada ukončena rybníkem, silnicí a sousedním domem, z ostatních stran přechází do otevřené krajiny. Na zahradě a v domě žije kočka a na dvoře slepice.

Tři domky - Hruška

Hruška je největší z domků, ložnice v patře je doplněna o další patýrko na spaní, které si zamilují zejména děti. Velkorysý otevřený prostor, modřín, bříza, pořádná kuchyně s krbovými kamny a terasou, co víc je třeba… Domek je ideální pro 4 členou rodinu, ale pohodlně se do něj vejde až 5 osob. Domky jsme stavěli s láskou, důrazem na minimalistický moderní design, s harmonií k přírodě. Usazené nad krásným šumavským údolím. Přijeďte si užít pohodu a klid s nádherným výhledem do okolních kopců.

Ubytování na samotě - Apartmán "U Tesařů"

Nabízíme ubytování v nově zrekonstruovaném apartmánu – původně vejminku - na staré hospodářské usedlosti poblíž obce Komařice v Jižních Čechách. Hospodářství se nachází na samotě u lesa, cca 1 km od obce v těsné blízkosti rybníků. Apartmán je situován v samostatném objektu s vlastním vchodem, což zaručuje soukromí nezávisle na stálých obyvatelích rodiny. K dispozici vám bude obývací pokoj s manželskou postelí a rozkládacím gauče, plně vybavená kuchyň, záchod a koupelna se sprchovým koutem.

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch ruhig in einem Tal mit viel Wald in Saldenburg im Bayerischen Wald, nur 25 km entfernt von Passau. Die Ferienwohnung ist 70qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Sie umfasst ein SZ mit 3 Schlafplätzen, ein WZ mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Bad, 2 Balkone und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für unsere Kleinen bieten wir einen Streichelzoo, Ponyreiten und einen Spielplatz. Gäste mit Hunden sind willkommen.
