Cozy up on a stylish sofa steeped in the smart elegance of this bright apartment featuring herringbone wood floors, trendy furnishings, and pops of brilliant blue. Head to the balcony to enjoy mesmerizing sea and mountain views from a quaint bistro table. Large and comfortable living room with smart TV, fast internet, and a dining table with chairs as well as a balcony with seating area overlooking the Kotor Bay. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

Aparment is located 3km from the Old town and 500m from the sea, in the street that is uphill, providing an beautifull bay view. Haveing the car is recomended. You can drink your morning coffee on the terrace of the apartment with the birds chirping, and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset.
