Universal Studios, Sea World and Daytona International Speedway are all within about 40 minutes, while Disney World and Kennedy Space Center are about 50 - 60 minutes. This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

"Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Bring your fishing poles and mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
