The house is perfectly positioned for day trips to national and nature parks in the area: Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica, Kornati, Vrana Lake, Northern Velebit. The ancient cities of Zadar, Nin and Biograd, which are located in the immediate vicinity, offer an abundance of cultural, gastronomic and entertainment events, especially in the summer months.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

The apartment is located in Deoklecijan's Palace in the heart of Split. Obligation of the landlord (me) to register every guest staying in the apartment in the evisitor system in order to have a legal stay in the Republic of Croatia (required by Croatian law). I ask the guests during their stay in the apartment to fill out a form so that I can register then in the evisitor.
