The kitchenette is more than adequately equipped for Air B&B guests and includes Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. All brand spanking new. The bar fridge has a few bottles of complementary South African wine for your enjoyment. The balcony has two chairs and an umbrella for relaxing before the day begins, alternatively enjoy a delightful sundowner after you return from a day on the beach or a productive shopping. spree. Rejuvenate the senses in an aesthetically soothing space with a monochrome theme, a blend of contemporary and classic finishes, original art throughout, and mountain views. The sublime architecture of the house makes this space unique and extremely pleasant to live. The area is super safe and full of awesome restaurants and bars. The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.

Primaview is situated in beautiful Camps Bay, Cape Town. Offering comfortable accommodation, alongside an inviting pool and surrounded by panoramic views of mountains and sea. Camps Bay is a scenic residential area, close to the city, as well as the famous Clifton Beaches. There are shops and popular restaurants along the Camps Bay Promenade. The Table Mountain Cable Way is a few minutes drive away. Access to nearby hiking trails are within a few minutes walk.

Our studio flat is at the foot of Table Mountain close to hiking trails, 8km to the nearest beach and 4km from the City Centre. It is open plan, has a queen bed (182cm*152cm), a well-equipped kitchen, private garden, a private entrance, secure off-street parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and an alarm system. Guests may share our solar-heated swimming pool. (It currently has some peeling in the lining. It will be repaired over winter but is still clean and refreshing).
