Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The very small room is located on the top floor & offers top views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is best suitable for 1P. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (very narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

Apartments Sea are situated on a perfect location nearby Trogir, right on the beach, with the best view on the beautiful Adriatic sea and Islands. It's peacefull and quiet area. In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.

Marula holiday home

The house consists of a living room with kitchen, three bathrooms with walk in showers, 4 double bedrooms and a fifth, the so-called, FUN ROOM, conceived as a small children's living room, equipped with board games, a large TV and Play Station 4! Each room upstairs is equipped with smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning . There is a laundry room, which consists of a washing machine and dryer. In the house garden there is a swimming pool, lounge, outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining area.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
