Our separate and private semi self-contained bed & breakfast is a peaceful getaway. Soak in a hot tub under the stars or have a game of pool by a cosy fire in winter. This property has been built and the garden designed by us over the last 15+ years. We are more than happy to provide transport to/from the various restaurants in the local township of Rangiora, so you do not have to worry about having that nice glass of wine to go with your meal! Just off the Inland Scenic route linking to SHW1.

Set on the north side of Kaiapoi, this home is so conveniently located for Christchurch, the airport, local wedding venue, Hanmer Hot Pools, Kaikoura, skiing, the beach, river, tramping, cycling, riverside cafes, restaurants and much more! I'm away, so this house is all yours: 2 queen bedrooms, a loft room (2 air beds), 2 living areas, & 2 toilets. A porta cot and high chair available too. (A 3rd room is my clinic, locked while im away.) Stairs to the loft room need consideration when booking.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.

A stylish, cosy, comfortable and soothing haven. The living space is furnished with lounge seating and a desk. The bed has a very comfortable mattress with natural fibre bedding. The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with smoothie maker, electric elements, mini oven, electric frypan, microwave, and a washing machine. Rangiora town centre is a short drive or ~15 min walk to cafes/restaurants. Rangiora Showgrounds and river are close at hand and a bus stop is a short walk away.

Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.
