Country Cottage. A tranquil two-bedroom hideaway with indoor–outdoor living. Enjoy sunsets from the deck, birdsong mornings and relaxed cocktail evenings in a private setting. The main house sits discreetly behind the cottage with your privacy maintained. Swimming pool available when not in use by owners, 7 pm close. Just 5 minutes to Rangiora township, 8mins to Kaiapoi river town, and 10 minutes to Pegasus, Woodend and Waikuku beaches. Our area hosts over 28 wonderful cafe's for coffee lovers.

This fully equipped moden 2 bedroom home with TVs in each room . The house is only 5 years old . Set on 1.5a of land in a very quite street. Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, supermarket and shops . 8 mins to Rangiora . Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center and airport . Lots of parking . Please make sure you happy with location before booking? I supply a full continental breakfast. With brown toast bread. Milk and coffee etc .

Great holiday house by an amazing beach, has everything you need for a perfect holiday or get away. Short easy walk (5 mins) to the beach, local shop, tennis courts (free to use), playground, park and toddler pool everything you need is close by. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away.

The charming Rangiora township, full of cafes, boutique shops and restaurants, is only 5 minutes drive away, and only a 18 minute drive into Christchurch airport.

The Guest House

The Guest House is set in beautiful park like grounds, so you'd be forgiven for thinking you are miles away from civilisation, but it's only 5 minutes to Rangiora. It's a gardeners delight, and we encourage you to explore the grounds. You have full use of the house, including kitchen, seperate dining and a large lounge which boasts a fabulous log fire and 1970's architecture. You are welcome to bring your pet but please keep them off the beds and furniture, to respect future guests.

Woodend Beach with extensive walking and biking tracks along the coastal reserves is nearby . Tucked away down a tree lined driveway in Kaiapoi, this relaxed country farmhouse is the perfect place to unwind with friends or family. Just a short 15–20 minute drive from Christchurch Airport, it’s close to the city but feels like a real rural escape. The house has four comfy bedrooms—one with a super king split bed downstairs (which can be made into two singles on request), one king bed, one queen bed, and one king single. There’s plenty of space to spread out and get cosy.

Set on a 17 acre life style block in Sefton, this very comfortable cottage offers peace and tranquility with views over looking the paddock, with its own garden and carport. It is central to many beautiful areas in the Waimakariri area and Rangiora is a 10 minute drive away where you will find everything you need including supermarkets and restaurants. Relax, unwind and enjoy our beautiful place. You just need to provide your own Wifi. Sorry pets not allowed.
