Our comfortable apartment is positioned right by the golf course with very pretty views of the surrounding mountains. Otematata is little town with easy access to lakes Benmore, Aviemore and Waitaki ,a short walk through stunning wetlands to the lake for fishing and swimming. It has an abundance of walking and cycling trails, a country Golf Club, Bowling club and A2O Cycle trail. A fully stocked On the Spot shop, park for the kids & tennis court is at walking distance from the apartment.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.
