Annandale Beach is a 1 minute easy walk to the beach. The home and large deck have expansive views of the Bay of Islands . You will love lazing about on the large deck, gazing out at the incredible view. You’ll love our place not only because of the fantastic views, but also proximity to Paihia, Russell and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. It is perfectly located for all the Bay has to offer. We welcome couples and small groups. We are an easy flat walk to Paihia village and the Tourist ferries.

Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. We want you to enjoy the birdlife, therefore we have food for you to feed the fantails, eels and pukekoes. A Gazebo over looking the stream to watch the pukeko playing, maybe enjoying a glass of wine. The unit has a microwave, fridge and toaster sofa, table and chairs for you to enjoy "home away from it all". Very safe off street parking
