We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

This new two-bedroom rural retreat is ideal for a relaxing break with family/ friends. Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

South End Sanctuary (Family Home)

South End Sanctuary is a modern (completed in 2023) 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, dog friendly, family house. Wonderfully located near the well-known South forest perfect for walking, biking, and home to the adventure playground. The house is approximately 200m from the south forest entrance and 250m from the Hydrabad Drive beach access.

The Beach Bach

Absolute beachfront. Walk from your guest suite onto the beach. Fully self contained with kitchenette, and seperate bathroom. Gas radiator heating for the cold nights. Outdoor heated shower, kayaks available. Gorgeous sunsets, and fantastic strolls on the beach. We have just added in a spa pool and projector for movies.
