U heeft een eigen ingang naar boven met 1 slaapkamer, een gezellige kamer met ingebouwde moderne keuken en een eigen badkamer met heerlijk zacht geheel kalkvrij water en toilet. U heeft een bijzonder vrij uitzicht over de weilanden, bossen en erg veel privacy. U heeft de mogelijkheid om in alle rust buiten in het zitje te genieten. (het ontbijt wordt gratis door ons verzorgd)

There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Direct aan het water en binnen een paar minuten in het bos of op de heide. Contactloos in en uitchecken is mogelijk. You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for € 15,00 per day. (normal is € 50,00 a day in Utrecht!)
