Exercise the 5.4 miles walkway circumference around the lake. Sit on the front porch and watch at others on the move, or sit on the back porch and enjoy some peaceful reading.

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. We've included extras like ceiling fans in both bedrooms, a patio table and chairs, family board games, books to read, and children’s plastic kitchen ware. We do not live here, but live very close by.

Conveniently located 3 miles, West of M5, 3 miles North of I 696. Only 3 houses away from lake, access is for swimming, or kayak, canoe launch, no boat launch at this access. This is not for picnic or parties, only for water craft, toys, and swimming. In Wolverine Lake. The house is not on the water. Enjoy a relaxed comfortable stay, with full access to the entire ranch home. In the small town setting of all sports, Wolverine lake. Home is just north of Walled lake, and Novi Mi.
