Keep them locked as they are your responsibility as well as replacing if lost/stolen! Backpack style beach chairs for your use as well as beach towels!

Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. We do not rent the Main House and CH at the same time- meaning these amenities will be completely private to you.

We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home.
