Finished in a modern style there are french doors onto a private patio area with seating and exposed views to paddocks. - Kingsize Bedroom with large patio doors overlooking a private garden and field, equipped with Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer. - Open plan Lounge & kitchen area with flatscreen TV, chair and double sofa bed Large french doors access to private patio area with rattan seating and coffee table. - Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. - Bathroom - Large luxury bathroom with full size bath and shower over. - Underfloor heating throughout provided by Eco friendly air source heat pump (Please note sofa bed can be set-up for additional guests/children - however the bathroom is located the other side of the main bedroom so any additional guests would need to walk through)

My place is close to Stratford upon avon, Oxford, Silverstone, Blenheim Palace and outlet shopping at Bicester village. Close to the beautiful Cotswold villages including Stow on the Wold, and Burford. Easy access to London and Birmingham. Walk the footpaths and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet found in this valley surrounded by scenic Warwickshire landscapes. My place is good for tourists and business travellers, in fact for everyone!

You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.
