Originally designed for our close family and friends, The Bunkalow is now open to ALL! We are approximately 10 miles from the white sand beaches of Pensacola and Perdido Key. We are mere minutes from the NAS gate and a short 10 minute drive from all the fun to be had downtown! This space is attached to our home but has it's own parking and garden entrance. If you need a nice place to crash at the end of a full day at the beach with family or friends, this may be just what you're looking for.

If you’re looking for a quiet get-away on the water, you will find it here. Our cozy 2 bed/2 bath condo is like a cottage by the sea in a condo setting. Relaxing coastal decor and a beautiful view from the balcony make our home enjoyable inside and out. Enjoy all the amenities of home, sunbathe by the pool, fish from the dock, relax on the balcony, grill out on the lawn. Its all here. Few miles from downtown Pensacola. Naval Air Station (NAS), Naval Hospital & Pensacola State College Warrington Campus are within one mile. Fast food is readily available. Walmart is 2 blocks away. Ruby T's, Sonny's BBQ and Waffle House are a few of the nearby restaurants.

After a day at the beach (20 min to Perdido or Pensacola Beach) or visiting family at NAS Pensacola (5 min) you come home to a fully equipped kitchen, private back yard, washer/dryer, and luxury amenities. Head out to the fantastic restaurants and night life of downtown Pensacola just 10 minutes away. You will feel right at home during your vacation when staying with us!

Tidy Bayou Bungalow

Enjoy beautiful views of the bayou in our carefully cleaned bungalow. Scenic walking/biking path along the bayou right outside your front door! Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. Fun fact: The Blue Angels home base is Pensacola, and you can see them practicing from our front porch. See photos for copy/paste of the 2022 practice schedule.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.
