5 Miles from 2 I-10 ramps, 25 mins to NAS, 30 mins to 2 different beaches - Pens Bch & Perdido Key, 3 miles to equestrian, 4 miles from NFCU. We have a private entrance, walk-out basement. There are other bedrooms if necessary; however, those would be in our living space & more $$. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. During warmer months, pool and tiki are beautiful, another open patio and outside cooking - grill. Area inside has microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, toaster oven, 52" t.v.

We are mere minutes from the NAS gate and a short 10 minute drive from all the fun to be had downtown! This space is attached to our home but has it's own parking and garden entrance. If you need a nice place to crash at the end of a full day at the beach with family or friends, this may be just what you're looking for.

Our houseboat is docked on the canal with a beautiful view. We make every effort to provide a safe and fun experience. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.
