Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

Schomberg Beach House - Ideal Seaside Cottage

Just moments off the Great Ocean Road, yet a wholesome step back in time, is the tiny coastal town of Peterborough. Known for its rugged beaches, bays and spectacular clifftops it is loved by walkers, golfers, fishermen and families. Spectacularly located, Schromberg Beach House is just metre's from the foreshore and overlooking the golf course. The house is a partially refurbished 1950s weatherboard with a dated kitchen but has new bathrooms. The house retains it's casual but relaxed heart.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Abalone Seaside Apartment is in close proximity to many of Warrnambool’s top locations including, Lake Pertobe, Flagstaff Hill featuring a brilliant sound and light show, Warrnambool’s main beach, geothermal pool and skate park. It is within walking distance to some fabulous restraunts, including, the Lady Bay and the Pavilion. In the house you will find access to, skateboards, a table tennis table and bbq. The house has three levels, with a deck on the second floor.

The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.
