Mary's

We want to introduce you to the beautiful Julia-Ann Square Historic District. The original owner Mary Logan had the initiative to build this 1920's home as an investment property. It's a stylish apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

The Cottage on Blueberry Hill

Located near Stockport, there is direct access to the Muskingum River via a short walking trail. Fishing (with license) permitted at one of the best spots on the River. There are over 2 miles of maintained hiking trails on the property

Avery House 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath. Non smoking

Our beautiful two story historical house was built in the 1900s, it has been renovated to modern standards. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are located 2.5 miles from the Grand Central Mall and several great restaurants. We are one mile from the Camden Clarke hospital. We are one block away from the Juli-Ann historic district which is a beautiful evening walk.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
