This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

It has a new comfy king size bed, and a twin rollaway available, fully stocked kitchen, and workspace. It is up one flight of stairs, no elevator, and the parking is near your private entrance. Walk-in closet has space for storing 2 mountain bikes and your belongings. It’s within walking distance of our favorite café.

This is a private, peaceful Virgin River getaway with a spacious master suite and bath. You'll be 15 minutes from Zion National Park and 5 minutes from many mountain bike and hiking trails.
