My place is conveniently located in Washington Heights area of New York City. Located two blocks from the 1 (157 St) and C trains (155 St). You have access to local coffee shops, supermarkets and a few bars. My apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It's in the back of the building, so it's very quiet. There’s a laundromat in the basement. 10-15 minute walk to Yankee Stadium. Only three house rules: 1. No shoes in the apartment 2. No eating in the room 3. Make yourself at home

Located on a beautiful tree-lined street, it’s just a short walk to the subway through the vibrant, residential neighborhood of Washington Heights.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.
