Pool open from April to about Thanksgiving weather permitting, hot tub year round, fire table, professional grill, outdoor commercial pyramid heaters, deck is private fenced in. Village fringe property is 1.5 mi to Sag Harbor Village and about 2 mi to East Hampton Village.
