The Tiny House is a private 9’ x 12’, fully insulated, 4 season cabin with a couch, kitchenette with running water, queen bed, Loftnet hammock & outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Broken Silo

Built in 1867, our attached carriage house has been renovated into a studio apartment. It has a private bath, complete kitchen, sitting area, in-floor heat, coffee and tea. We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.

The Olde Chick Hatchery

Located on a tree-lined street nestled between Downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo, this 120-year-old former candy store; attached to the main house, is steps away from the train station, public transit, Google, Grand River Hospital, and the bike friendly Spur Line trail. Short walk to grocery store, the LCBO, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and brew pubs. Parking space, private washroom, and private entrance on street level, make this unique, light-filled studio a cut above.

Cosy Lakefront Cottage

Enjoy 150 feet of lakefront just outside the city limits. This fully remodeled cottage has fun for all to enjoy. There are kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for those that live on the water. We also have floaties if you just want to lounge and relax by the water. In the winter months you can also bring your ice skates and enjoy skating on the lake and then coming inside for a hot drink by the propane fireplace. The 800 square feet of deck overlooks the water for all your needs.

Silver Birch Suite

Professionally designed guest suite with open concept layout. The guest suite located on the lower level of our home has a comfortable living space to welcome you and provide an enjoyable and relaxing "Home-Away-from-Home" stay. We live on the main level of the house. Access to the suite is through the shared entrance on the main level of our house. Our property is within walking distance to the "RARE" nature reserve and hiking trails overlooking the beautiful Grand River.
