Clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen, and free parking spot. 1st floor of 2-family. Owner lives upstairs. Door to the guest's residence is through a rear hallway. Hallway is occasionally shared with owner. 1 block to 15 min bus ride to Harvard Sq. (directions below) Easy access to Boston but in green and quiet neighborhood.
