We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The studio has private entrance, en-suite bathroom, basic kitchenette and courtyard garden with outdoor cooking station and barbecue. It’s an extension of a family home but the private entrance means you can come and go as you please

Merlyn Cottage is a 200 year old, picture postcard, 2 bedroom cottage set in the heart of the village Hickling, within the Norfolk Broads. Families welcome. No pets. Parking at the front of the house. 2 minute walk to the Greyhound pub, 10 minute walk through the village to the Pleasure Boat Inn on Hickling Broad. Here you can hire day boats, rowing boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Ideal for bird watchers, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. 3.4 miles from the beach, popular with seal watchers.

Sea Palling Family holiday home near beach

Spacious, light and airy rooms with WIFI, smart TV. The dining area opens out onto the decking with canopy. The ground floor bedroom has a king size luxury bed. The twin room is upstairs with zip and link beds plus another single bedroom. The bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet is on the ground floor. There is an enclosed garden with plenty of seating. The brick-weave at the front has parking for two cars. Located just a 5/10 min walk from the sandy beach and local amenities.

Sea Hollies, Sea Palling

Sea Palling is a village in the Norfolk Broads. Skies are big and clear, the air refreshed by North Sea storms. Nights are dark, silence unbroken. The cottage sits on the edge of a large arable field across which runs a public footpath to sand dunes and miles of uninterupted sandy beach. A stable door to the cottage leads into a beamed sitting room with a large inglenook, a multi-fuel stove and central heating. From this cosy spot it is but a short walk to a village shop and Post Office.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Sandy Lodge is a home set in the sand dunes with a terrace and gate leading directly up and over to the large Blue Flag beach at Sea Palling, North Norfolk. Near to the Seal Colony at Horsey.
