This is our home in beautiful Huntington, WV, situated a baseball's throw from the most beautiful park in the tristate, Ritter Park (plus dog park!), and just a 5 min walk to Cabell Hospital, Marshall's School of Pharmacy, and Marshall's Forensic Science Center. Or hop in the car for a quick trip to Marshall's football & basketball stadiums, downtown to enjoy our many great restaurants, shop at The Market, or head up to the Huntington Museum of Arts. The cozy cottage

The cozy cottage is on the south facing slope in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. It’s .5 mile from I-64 but feels much more rural than the convenient 7 minute drive to downtown Huntington. Its location on the outskirts of the city makes for nice relaxing evenings with the convenience of still being close. The master bedroom has a tv and queen size bed. The spare bedroom has a tv and full size bed. The living room has a tv, dvd player, and queen size pull out sleeper sofa.

The Hemlock House is a newly restored 1920's era home nestled on 3 wooded acres just outside of town with no houses within 500 ft in any direction. It is conveintly located just 1.5 miles south of I-64 at exit 11. 3.5 miles from downtown Huntington. Great stop for travelers, sporting events, groups, Marshall football, soccer, track, Hospital, or events. Private and level parking for two at the house and large rv/trailer parking at the entrance. Private, safe, no neighbors, and clean.
