Recently refurbished, fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location at Hollybush in the foot of the Malvern Hills. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

This wonderful retreat sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty with the most magnificent views looking to the Brecon Beacons 50km and beyond. It’s peaceful and quiet location is nestled on the side of the Malvern Hills within just a few minutes walk you can get to a quaint pub, a friendly cafe/shop and many footpaths taking you directly onto the Hills.

The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.

It is in Castlemorton, high on the south east of the Malvern hills, surrounded by uplands and woodland, a short walk from Iron Age hill fort of British Camp. Ideal for nature lovers, bird watchers and walkers. It is in the Castlemorton Common SSSI and is an AONB. Dark skies great for night sky watching. Malvern, Ledbury, Tewkesbury (20, 15, 30mins) are beautiful towns with theatres, cinemas, lesure centres, spas, markets and museums.

A sitting-room with glorious views to the East and the Cotswold edge. There is off road parking, private entrance, new bathroom and new separate loo, kitchen and spacious hallway. There are stone steps down to the flat. Self contained. Breakfast ingredients provided.

*Field View Annex*

Built in 2018 Field View Annex, which is attached to the rear of the main house, The Lodge offers a double bedroom, a shower room (no bath) fresh towels, tea & coffee, parking & gorgeous views across the fields from the bedroom. Please note the annex does not have cooking facilities and there is no internal seating area. We also regrettably do not accept pets.
