A few steps further take you to the Gardens - or downhill to Parliament, the Terrace and Lambton Quay. Slightly further takes you to the City-Sea Walkway, on to TePapa our national museum, Galleries and Oriental Bay. If you're travelling with children the 3 level house is more suited to older children. The staircase is steep so care needs to be taken using this.
