Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. This is a beautiful open plan 2 bed cottage on one level. Tucked behind the sand dunes of an award winning beach & situated directly on the coastal path. The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.
