Apt 5 Pier Terrace is a modern refurbished 2 bed apartment on the first floor which gives it fantastic panoramic views of the harbour, sea and East cliff and beach. Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

The location of my property is on the famous Jurassic Coast a World Heritage Site. My flat has a ground floor entrance and is for two people. It has an open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area, parking is available for one vehicle. (Not allocated) You are 100 yards from the beach. West Bay has casual /gastro pubs dining. ‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty.
