Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

LARGE STUDIO: (T0) A large self-contained quiet studio with UK size 2m double bed, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with it's own private entrance. Attached to our house. There is off-street parking for 1 guest car. Convenient for the A4, M4, M40 M25 London is 25 miles. Heathrow Airport is 15 minutes away by car.. Direct trains into London. The Elizabeth Line train runs from Maidenhead station direct to London and the West End. Good for Windsor, Ascot, River Thames, Pinewood Studios etc.

The Oak Barn, your own space in a Thameside hamlet

A beautiful private space all to yourself, the Oak Barn has great character & enjoys lovely views over fields to the Chilterns beyond. You have your own entrance & key so can come & go as you please. The hamlet of Preston Crowmarsh lies on the river Thames & is a great place to wild swim & watch red kites. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.

We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Situated in the picturesque village of Dorchester-on-Thames, known for its quaint country cottages and historical Abbey, featured in the series 'Midsomer Murders'. You will have access to beautiful walking routes, including the Thames Path, with Oxford city centre only 10 miles away with direct bus routes in walking distance from the Studio. A self contained studio space, with private parking and modern features.

Separate from the main house, the double glazed studio boathouse with en-suite, decorated beautifully. Egyptian cotton linen and nice towels. Relax with views of the river. Beautifully decorated 1st floor apartment right in the heart of the village, available as a short or long term or holiday let with parking space. Sleeps up to 2 people . The location of this apartment makes for easy access to Witney. A great base for exploring the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and the famous Bicester Village Designer Outlet a mere 35 mins drive or by bus from Oxford. The towns of Cheltenham, Banbury and Swindon all around a 40 mins drive.

The Cabin

Looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life? Or just need a change of scenery? Our cosy and romantic Cabin nestled at the top of our Cottage garden could be just what you need. Overlooking beautiful Dorchester Abbey in the heart of the South Oxfordshire countryside. The Cabin is situated at the centre of the historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames. One well behaved dog is welcome too to explore The Thames path, Wittenham clumps and the nearby Chilterns.

Take a break in our luxurious penthouse. The enormous south-west facing balcony offers panoramic views of the sunset each evening, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day. The interior is bright and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that fill the space with natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the living room is outfitted with premium audio (Sonos) and TV for your entertainment.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
