The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.

Theatre Royal & Motorpoint arena are a 5 minute walk away. We also have a temporary single bed for children under 7, if told its needed in advance. Jan 2026, the flat has been redecorated, and some new bits and bobs have been added.
