2000 sq foot 3 bed semi detached (south wing) 100 year old rectory on private estate with swiming pool. Fantastic location with easy access to london via the Elizabeth line. The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. A 360 video tour in 2d and 3d is available. Farmers cottage

Our eco friendly freshly repainted cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.

The Barn, beautiful rural retreat

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.
