The multi-fuel stove gives a lovely and cosy feel to the cottage living room and guests will enjoy all the books, toys and games.

Sky Glass tv with Netflix etc. The hot tub is super. Breakfast hampers, Romance/celebration packages, can be pre ordered at booking. Pets are very welcome. We can provide cages or crates, food dishes and beds We have a treat/ toy box. Towels and blanket. Come and visit our lovely gentle animals and parrots. Covered private hot tub.

Lodge House

This is a modern and spacious lodge with a stunning lakeside location. The patio doors of the living room and master bedroom open onto the large furnished deck. There, you can see wildlife such as Hooper swans, Canada geese, oystercatchers, ducks rabbits and deer. 2 bedrooms (master with very comfy double bed), and the second one with a very strong and stable bunkbed. Only 7 minutes walk to the train station and a 15 minute journey to Edinburgh, 40 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by car to the airport.

The Stables are within the grounds of Harburn House so is a perfect choice if you are visiting us for an event. The closest train station runs services to both Edinburgh and Glasgow so you will be in a great location for visiting both cities. We would be delighted to welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and big groups. No pets please.

Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
