Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

Our beautiful, two storey apartment is spacious, modern and light. Only 2 mins walk from the river and its riverside cafes. Featuring large master bedroom with bathroom ensuite, dining for up to 4, kitchen and lounge area with views of the meadow. 8 mins river walk to Hampton Court Station (19 mins to Wimbledon,35 mins Waterloo) and Hampton Court Village on Bridge Road with its fantastic antique shops and eateries on Bridge Road. Hampton Court Palace and Royal Bushy Park are 10-15 mins walk.

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
