The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. Tennis court-just ask, pool if open and free The Bothy is decorated in neutral colours, good ceiling heights & original beams with open plan living room, sofabed, 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.

A light spacious Cotswold barn conversion, for 2 people with panoramic views of the Cotswold countryside Aga and fully equipped kitchen Separate bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room separate access and no shared facilities. Little Chestnut Cottage

The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

There's a Roman villa around the corner and Blenheim Palace down the road with wonderful footpaths through the woods and surrounding countryside. Keen walkers, cyclists, sightseers and visitors who just want to relax, will all find this a perfect base for visiting West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Minimum two night stay.

The Apple Store at Kilkenny

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.
