Our newly refurbished cosy cottage is located in the quiet village of Pinchbeck. Within walking distance there are 2 shops, butchers, Chinese takeaway, chip shop, pub and a lovely garden centre with an exceptional cafe. Our cottage has a fully functioning kitchen equipped with all the essentials including a washer/dryer. We have a double bed and sofa bed in the lounge so can comfortably sleep 4 adults and a fully enclosed garden patio with seating. Maximum 1 pet per stay. Has a ring doorbell.

With its own private entrance, the property comprises a double bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen & en-suite shower room. Recently refurbished in 2025.
