The master bedroom, overlooking the south facing, sunny garden, features an en suite with underfloor heating and large waterfall shower. Upstairs, a mezzanine area has been created with children in mind, a perfect place to chill out after a day at the beach. With parking for at least 2 cars, Sheringham and Cromer are a short drive away.

Your own Restored Train Carriage Cabin sits alongside the River Bure & natural water meadows, with private decking and a campfire nestled amongst the Alder Carr, where Norfolk’s wonderfully diverse wildlife is never far away. The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. Wander through, watch the wildlife & make the campfire yours for the evening.

'Home' away from home

Come and unwind away from it all in our ‘Home’ away from home. This unique retreat tucked up a secluded track, is a stone’s throw from the beach. The area offers beautiful walks and with a pizza oven, fire pit and cosy wood burner you won’t need to get in your car to enjoy your break on the Norfolk coast. This is an open-plan space. The accommodation is suitable for lone guests, couples or families with a maximum of two children. Due to new pricing the price you see is the price you pay.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Little Conifer is a luxury 1 bedroom single storey holiday home in West Runton, on North Norfolk's beautiful coast. With private parking and just two minutes walk to the beach, the property is a self contained, completely private annexe of the owners house. Recently completed and accommodating up to two guests and a pet this is a perfect holiday home for singles, couples and their dog and provides a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience all year round.

Rinkydinks

Now open for the summer season... Rinkydinks is a small but beautiful converted garden building where kookiness rules! It houses two people (in a double bed). There are tea/coffee facilities, fridge, hairdryer, Internet access. There is a private hot tub for your sole use. Free parking can usually be found on the street. Rinkydinks is just two streets from the sea. Come and stay, for summer bubbles or winter snuggles.

Stones Throw is a lovely, spacious, three bedroomed house on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. It is located less than two minutes' walk from Sheringham's glorious sandy beach (hence the name Stones Throw) and has sea views from two of the three bedrooms. The house has ramp access to the front door and a downstairs bedroom and shower room providing a safe, comfortable stay for anyone with accessibility needs.
