A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Place has 4 bedrooms with 2 Queens beds and two bunks beds. On request can set up another queen bed in the back room and also have 2 porta cots available. max 10 people and 2 infants. If you want Moden then this house is not for you. We are about giving you a cozy homely experence with comfort and an older charm.
