Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.

This airy and light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse is centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

We aim to make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Wake up and enjoy a coffee, breakfast in the courtyard and freshen with arguably the best shower! Walking distance to cafes, pubs, restaurants, the bowlo, as well as shops, post office, public transport, parks and harbour. The home shares a wall with our house and floorboard noise can sometimes be heard from both houses. Please also note we are near working silos with original floorboards, so the house can quickly accumulate dust.
