Cereal, milk tea, juice , coffee supplied. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children.

Well thought out and with some homely touches it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

The Surf Studio is an open-plan loft studio with a private courtyard, located in Mt Maunganui's ideal Tay St area. The studio has its own private entrance and parking. The Surf Studio hosts a library with books on art, surfing and local culture. There is also a guitar. Short walk to the beach, tennis courts, Blake Park, Bay Oval, local dairy, and a little further, Downtown Mt Maunganui.
