Welcome to our peaceful and unique urban farm cottage. We are located in historic Florence, Massachusetts (a part of Northampton). While our place is no longer a working farm, the cottage was created many years ago to support the main dwelling. It has been modernized to offer every comfort while maintaining its cozy aesthetic. Free parking & lighted access to the cottage. The cottage is a private space where you can come and go as you please. Relax and unwind or head out to explore the area!

Take in the picturesque views of our horse pastures, with up to 20 horses, right from your windows. Our property is nestled in the woods, about 1/3 mile from the main road. Located near Amherst, Hampshire, UMass, Smith, and Mt. Holyoke colleges.

Cozy Hilltown Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Enjoy a converted camper as your private getaway in Southern VT. Less than 10 min to downtown Brattleboro, yet nestled in the woods for a quiet retreat. Full galley kitchen and living/lounge area. Wood stove for primary heating (electric backup for not so cold days). The place is a perfect fit for two adults (queen bed) and one kid (63" long fold down couch).

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Paradise Boathouse is your hideout in the woods, nearby to Lake Wyola. Come to retreat and reset in this charming cabin with cobblestone chimney and mini- claw foot tub. This is a perfect place for writers and nature lovers. In winter enjoy the wood stove and a view of the lake below. Ice skating, ice fishing and x cross country skiing are right outside your door. And in summer swimming, boating and hiking!

Do you love nature, animals, and spa comforts? Then this is the perfect place for you! This is a fully finished, private area ground-floor walk-out, in the basement of the main house. Right outside your front door is 800 acres of hiking trails. You are surrounded by a mature forest, with loving and social goats, geese, ducks, kitty, and pups. To enhance this private retreat there are a hot tub and sauna steps from your door. Just Added mini split AC!

Peaceful Cabin in the Woods

Escape the noise and come relax in the middle of the beautiful Berkshire Hills. This classic log cabin has been recently renovated so that you can unwind and connect to the picturesque landscape that envelopes this property. You can drive 30 minutes west to North Adams and visit Mass Moca or 30 minutes east to Northampton, Amherst & Hadley. (Please note, 1/2 of the bedrooms is an open loft).
