Best suited for adults The apartment is fully stocked with all bed linens and pillows, for all of the sleeping surfaces. There are extra pillows, blankets and sheets in the baskets in each room, if needed. I keep all of my cleaning products in closet in the living room, and guests are welcome to use these if they need/want to. I value our guest's privacy, but will be available if needed. The apartment is in the heart of Downtown Black Mountain on Cherry Street, and just three blocks to Lake Tomahawk. This quaint historical town boasts easy access to hiking, mountain biking, golfing, shopping, breweries and sightseeing. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is available. Asheville City bus line also available. This space is located above the owner's shop, so if anything is needed by our guests, we are available.

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

The "Hut" in Banner Elk NC

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

Kitchen area does not have a regular stove/oven but does have a counter top toaster/broiler/convection oven, brand new 2 burner stove top, electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator. Guests can expect privacy while enjoying the deck and using the grill and/or hot tub.
