It is nestled in a quirky little workers cottage (circa 1850) a couple of hundred yards from Ponsonby Road. Location, location, location, no need for a car! The room is furnished with it's own entrance, private bathroom and deck; in the room is a TV with netflix, mini-fridge, microwave, & Electric kettle.

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work has started on the section next door to us which may result in some building/construction noise during the week.Please take this into account when booking

A few minutes' walk to bus stops at the top of the street (buses every 10 minutes). This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 300 metres from Ponsonby road with restaurants & bars easy to walk too. Large outdoor courtyard creates indoor outdoor flow for those summer days. Please note that loud music and parties are not permitted in the apartment to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. *Parking is going through a refurb. Plenty of parking outside building I’ll supply daily permits*
