Little cozy house located in a noise-free natural countyside area. Peaceful place to stay for the family or couples. By car: Hévíz - 10 minutes, Balaton - 14 minutes and Keszthely - 13 minutes. There is an outdoor kitchen as well with old-school oven and dining area or the garden barbecue with your friends. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!

Unsere zwei, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnungen in Mörbisch warten auf Euch :-))) Wir freuen uns sehr auf Euch :-)) Jede Wohnung, 35 m2, hat einen eigenen eingezäunten süßen Garten und eine große Terrasse. Näher zum See und ins Dorfzentrum geht es nicht :-) Trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.
