Separate entrance and parking from main house. Kingsize bed, sofa, large desk and chair, farmhouse kitchen table, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill. Bathroom with shower. Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside (wood not included). Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Welcome to Little Strollings, set in Plumpton Green, a quiet Sussex village, the perfect base to explore the South Downs Way, Brighton, the market town of Lewes, the numerous beaches, stunning country-side and great local pubs! This beautiful, newly renovated, studio barn is a perfect break for couples, families, walkers, cyclists and runners alike. Mainline station with direct trains to Gatwick and London Victoria. DOGS are only allowed if booked in, at a charge of £15 per stay. No cats.

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾

In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Hotel-quality shower room. Views of blue sky and the South Downs make this bright, light space perfect for relaxing. Explore the village or venture into Brighton. Off-street parking and easy access to the Downs. Bring your bikes, walking boots or just a book! Cook during your stay or enjoy the restaurants.

Beacon View Annex

Set at the foot of the South Downs national park this tiny but perfectly formed annex is an ideal base for walking and cycling. Explore the quiet country lanes or walk the South Downs way. After an energetic day sit on the patio and watch the sun set. Or relax around the wood burner. In addition historic Ditchling with it’s gastro pubs and museum is a short walk. Alternatively there is Lewes to explore, an easy drive away or vibrant Brighton with its variety of amenities and attractions.

Yurt spectacular views! Sauna/ stables available

At the foot of Ditchling Beacon, this unique yurt-style cabin sits within South Downs View Glamping, a countryside retreat featuring just our yurt and shepherd's hut with breathtaking views. With a king-size bed, living area, heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, cooking facilities, and private bathroom, it has everything. Ditchling village is just a 5-minute walk away, while Brighton is only 20 minutes away. Ditchling Wild Sauna is also located on site (booked separately). Dogs and horses welcome.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
