The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast h overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. This means there is ample opportunity to spot our local wildlife residents undisturbed such as parrots, frogs, echidnas, kangaroos and possums. This private retreat is ideal for those who want the calm and serenity of the bush and fresh air while also being a close drive or bike ride to Peregian beach, Eumundi and Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.
